HOW TO CORRECTLY MEASURE MY ART?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRAMER’S GLASS AND ACRYLIC?
+The main difference is that framers glass is harder than acrylic and it doesn’t get scratched as easily as acrylic but from the other hand acrylic is lightweight and it doesn’t break. Acrylic is highly suggested for places that safety is a high priority.
WILL THE FRAME COVER ANY PART OF MY PHOTO?
+Frames usually cover from 3 to 5 mm around your subject. The difference depends on the profile of the frame.
HOW MUCH OF MY PHOTO WILL BE COVERED BY THE MAT BOARD?
+Mat board will cover 3 mm around your photo.
WHICH IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY FRAME?
+To remove dust, use a lightly damp cloth and clean the frame and acrylic gently. For the glass, add a little glass cleaner to the cloth and clean with circular motions.

IN WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?
+Our products are shipped to all EU countries.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
+For Greece the delivery time varies from 1 to 3 business days while for the rest of Europe the delivery time is from 5 to 10 business days.
ARE THE FRAMES SAFE DURING TRANSPORT?
+Based on our many years of experience, we pack our products very carefully with packaging materials that guarantee proper shipment.
THE PACKAGING IS VIOLATED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
+In case the packaging is violated in any way, do not accept the package. Report to customer service the incident and we will confirm it with the courier company. Once the incident is confirmed we will send you a new frame.
In case you receive the parcel, you agree that the parcel was not damaged during transportation.
I THINK MY PARCEL WAS HIT DURING SHIPPING, SHOULD I RECEIVE IT?
+If you have reason to believe that the product has been internally damaged, you should not receive the package. If you receive it, you agree that the parcel was not damaged during transportation.
CAN I PERSONALLY PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD OF SENDING IT TO ME?
+You can receive your order from our store as long as you contact us first.
RETURNS
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN A PRODUCT, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
+If for any reason you would like to return a product please contact customer service. We accept product returns only after communication, the condition of the product should be to its original condition and the product should be in its original packaging.
When the product is returned you will be refunded within 5 working days.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
