Delivery information

Transportation costs

All orders are shipped via courier except those in excess of 10 kg. In case the order exceeds 10 kg, the most convenient (for the customer) way of transportation will be selected.

Greece: Shipping is free for orders over 30 euro
Cyprus: Shipping is free for orders over 50 euro
Rest of EU: Shipping is free for orders over 70 euro

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the weight of each shipment. You can see the exact shipping cost of your order at the shopping cart, after putting in the desired products.

Order Dispatch

All orders that we receive until 18:00 shipping is the next working day. This term applies for ready-made frames and products that are in stock in our warehouse. (Working days: Monday to Friday)

In case the product is not available in our warehouse, we will contact you by email to inform you of the shipping date. In most cases the time stated in the product information is correct.

Custom frames

Custom frames are shipped 3-5 work days from the day the order was placed.

Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across Greece and Europe, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future.

Therefore, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel’s arrival date. Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
